Return & Exchange Policy

Buyer has 5 days from receiving the item to file a Return or Exchange request with an email.

All original packaging and included wall hanging accessories MUST be returned with the product for a refund.

The Return or Exchange request must be authorized by email prior to shipping. Buyer will be responsible for shipping. Upon successful delivery, SpotColorArt will inspect and restock the returned product before issuing a Refund or Product Exchange. Goods damaged by the Buyer are not eligible for return/exchange.
Custom orders cannot be restocked for sale, thus they can only be cancelled up to 24 hours after purchase. They are also not eligible for return. See product page for more information.

Returned products will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee.


Should you need to cancel, Buyer has up to 48 Hours from date of purchase to cancel without further penalty. Should a Buyer wish to cancel after the 48 hour period, they will be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.
